ABTO Modules & Dioramas

Did a group of club members realize four and a half years ago with the creation of the ABTO modules' new rendition that this would be one of our club's focal points?  The 28' by 60' oval was built by Dan Hoag (EagleWings Iron Craft) with four passing tracks.  Two trailers now house the layout, Route 66 dioramas, bridges, semaphores, roundhouse and turntable, curtains made by Janet Benner and many other touches to the whole program.  With donations by many club members our modules have entertained children and adults alike at The Big Train Show, Phoenix Botanical Garden Pumpkin Patch, McCormick-Stillman’s Rail Fair, Chandler Ostrich Festival, and many other events. Overview is courtesy of  Ennis Thompson.

The Modules can be set up at various shows and events. If you have an event you would like us to attend please contact:  abtomaster@msn.com.

Big Train Show 2007 at the Ontario Convention Center, Ca.

ABTO had a huge space for the modules. This new convention center has all the right stuff for a great train show.
